Mostly, we get to know each other and I get the full picture of what brought you in. There's nothing to prepare — just come as you are. Sessions are 50-55 minutes long.

It depends on you and your goals. Some people come for a specific issue over a few months; others stay longer. We'll check in regularly so it always feels like your call.

I offer individual and couples therapy for ages 12+. Family therapy may be necessary from time to time if I am working with an individual under the age of 18 years old.

Individual and couples sessions are $150 each. Before we begin, we'll always start with a free 15-minute consult so you can get a feel for whether we're the right fit — no cost, no commitment.

I don't bill insurance, which keeps your care private and lets us focus on what you actually need rather than what a plan will approve. I'm happy to provide a superbill upon request for out-of-network reimbursement.

Yes. I keep a limited number of reduced-fee spots available because cost shouldn't be the reason you go without support. If that would help you, just ask — no explanation needed.

Yes! I offer afternoon and evening appointments during the week. The latest appointment time I have is 7 pm. I do not currently offer consistent weekend appointments.

Most people start weekly, which helps us build momentum early on. As things settle, some move to every other week. We'll figure out the right rhythm for you together.

You don't need to arrive with it all named and sorted. "Something feels off and I'm tired of it" is a completely valid place to start. Making sense of it is the work, not the prerequisite.
