Sex and closeness are part of being human, and when something feels off in that part of your life, it can be one of the hardest things to talk about, even with the person you're closest to. Maybe desire has faded, or you and your partner seem to want different things. Maybe intimacy feels complicated after trauma, betrayal, having kids, or years of being busy and tired. Maybe you carry shame around sex that you've never said out loud to anyone.
None of that makes you broken, and none of it is too awkward to bring here. This is a place to talk honestly about desire, connection, and intimacy, without embarrassment and without judgment.
I provide sex therapy as part of my practice, under the supervision of a Certified Sex Therapist (CST), and I bring that same warmth and lack of judgment to some of the most vulnerable things people carry.
Intimacy & Sexual Wellness

I work with individuals and couples on a range of concerns around intimacy and connection, including:
Mismatched or differing levels of desire
Loss of desire or feeling disconnected from your own body
Female sexual concerns, including pain, tension, or difficulty with intimacy (such as vaginismus), often alongside your medical provider
Healing intimacy after sexual abuse or assault
Intimacy that feels complicated after trauma
Reconnecting after big life changes, like having kids or a long stretch of stress
Shame, anxiety, or guilt around sex
Whether it's one specific concern or a general sense that this part of your life feels stuck, you're welcome to bring it here.

Either works. Some people come with a partner to work on intimacy together, and some come on their own, because this touches something personal, like their own history, body, or sense of desire. Both are completely valid, and we'll shape the work around what fits your situation.

Yes. Sex therapy is talk therapy focused on intimacy, desire, and sexual concerns. There's nothing physical about it and nothing to be nervous about. It's simply a place to talk openly about a part of life that's often hard to discuss anywhere else. I provide this work under the supervision of a Certified Sex Therapist (CST), which means you get support that's both compassionate and genuinely specialized. If your needs ever call for something outside my scope, I'll gladly help you find the right person.
You deserve a relationship with intimacy that feels like yours, comfortable, connected, and free of shame. When you're ready, I'd love to help.
